Bredenbury Community Daycare:
Thank you to Louise McLachlan, Dakota and Sean Odgers, and Jeremy Robinson from Pryme for their generous donations to the daycare.
A big thanks to Kim Gelowitz from Mobile Early Learning East Central for putting on the event in the park. Thank you to all the families that came out and enjoyed a fun filled educational morning, the daycare kids had a blast.
We are currently seeking donations for our annual online auction. If you wish to donate you can drop new items off at the daycare or the town office.
Bredenbury Daycare has employment opportunities available. We are looking to fill ECE educator positions and cook positions.
The daycare also has toddler and infant spots available. Contact the daycare is you are in need of childcare for those ages.
Thank you to everybody who participated at our annual golf tournament. We raised a total of $3300.00. The first-place winners were Tyler Ayers and Dez Mollison. Second place went to Nic Chartier and Dave Chartier. And third place went to Jared Miller and Cruz Miller.
A special honorable Mention to Gabby Nerbas and Alayna Hubick. A huge shout out to everyone who donated prizes for our fundraiser, our events wouldn’t be a success without you!
Bredenbury Busy Bees:
The Bredenbury Busy Bees are looking for more members to join as well as President and Vice President.
Donna Mclure-Senek has resigned from the position of President, thank you Donna and Ernie for your years of service.
Becoming a Busy Bee member can be what you make it. They have a few meetings a year and are open to hosting more events if there are enough members to help. The facility is a great place to rent for your events as well. To rent the busy bees call Donna Kitzul at 306-621-8467.
Bredenbury Lions Club: 
The Bredenbury Lions Club recently attended a Lion Foundation of Canada Walk for Dog Guides in Churchbridge to raise money for the Dog Guide programs. A total of $5,628 was raised by the Clubs from MacNutt, Churchbridge Lion and Lioness, Esterhazy and Bredenbury. The Bredenbury Club raised a total of $2539 with the club donating $500 and the reminder coming from the residents of Bredenbury. Thank you for your great support!
The Bredenbury Lions Club hosted our annual Community Appreciation Picnic on June 17 with an excellent turnout. We served hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans and many different salads, watermelon and freezies for the kids. There were also rides for the children. A big Thankyou to the Town employees for moving our booth and setting up picnic tables. Thanks also to Brad Neumann for the use of his big barbeque.
We presented our final installment of $2,500 of our $10,000 commitment to the daycare.
Thanks to all the Lions who organized and did the cooking and to all who attended and donated.
Office Hours: 
The office is open Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Closed over lunch. Office is closed at other periods of time for meetings, helping public works, helping daycare, banking, etc.
The office will be closed August 1-10. Just a reminder if there is an emergency call our emergency phone line at 306-217-TOWN.
Building Permits:
Just a reminder if you are building a deck, fence, a shed, a shop, a gazebo, etc. that is over 100 square feet you need to get a building permit. This includes sea cans, prefabbed buildings and even car ports. The forms can be picked up at the town office or found on our website at www.townofbedenbury.ca.
Bredenbury Housing:
Bredenbury Housing is looking for one more board member. Commitment includes approximately 4 meetings per year and email correspondence to review. To become nominated stop by the town office for a form. Nominations get approved by Council.
