Golf Course:

Membership fees are due immediately; the golf course really needs these funds to start construction on club house. The fees will be the following:

·        Single Adult - $125.00

·        Senior Adult 55+ - $100.00

·        Family - $175.00

·        Student - $50.00

·        Book of 5 Days of Golf - $40.00

Now you can purchase a booklet of 5 days of golf for $40. That is you pay for 4 days and get the 5th free. Purchase a booklet and sign your name and date on the coupon and deposit that into the slot at the clubhouse. This will lessen the amount of money that is left at clubhouse.

You can purchase these books and pay your fees at Bredenbury Hotel with cash or cheque or Town Office with cash, cheque, or debit. Cheques can be made payable to Bredenbury Golf Course.

Starting June 1, 2015 you will now be able to use your debit, Mastercard or visa card to pay for your SGI and Farrell Agencies transactions. This will be on a trial basis to see how much use the machine gets used and how easy it is to administer.

Extra Garbage:

If you have extra garbage or items you wish to get rid of then call the town office at 306-898-2055 to be placed on a schedule for pickup. This cannot  include: household garbage, shingles, cement pads, bricks, or large amounts of other renovation items, etc.

The town employees will come to your property and get your extra garbage. You must be there to load the garbage.

The garbage bin will not be accessible for residents, only town employees will be able to dispose of garbage into the bin and it will be monitored with a camera.

Call Ottenbreit when you are doing large home renovation projects and rent your own bin. You can call them at 306-783-6995 to arrange for that service.

Compost Area:

Remember to take your branches, leaves, garden debris and grass clippings to the compost area. Also remember to bring back your bags with you. There can be no garbage left at that area or we will have to close it down. The area will be monitored with cameras.

Business Licences:

Recently there have been some salespeople in the community selling items. Please ask the salesperson for their business license before letting them into your home. When a sales orientated business comes to the office for a licence we photocopy their driver’s licence and send to the RCMP so that are aware of who is in our community. We won’t deny their licence, if they provide identification; however most times these individuals do not even stop at the office at all.

If  you are a homeowner getting renovations, furnace cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc. done in your home ask to see their Town of Bredenbury business license. Many of these contractors do not have a license and that is a loss of revenue for our community.

The licence is $40 and is valid from January to December of each year. The town does reserve the right to put unpaid business licenses onto homeowner’s taxes; so please ask your contractor to purchase their licence.
