Please see attached drawing on snow removal. In order to have enough room to keep piling snow all year; the snow much be pushed off the pavement and onto the frontages. The frontages are town property, we try not to take top soil off; however it does happen and we apologize for this in advance. Make sure there are no objects such as rebar, rocks, etc. in the area the town is grading minimum of 4 feet from pavement.
Do not have vehicles parked on the street for long periods of time, vehicles that are not registered should never be on the street, if a vehicle is found to be unregistered the municipality can have it towed.
Try to remove your garbage container and recycle containers as soon as possible after pickup. Maybe neighbours can help each other out and remove the bins for you when you are not around.
If anyone is interested in walking in the Hall you can Monday – Thursday during office business hours. The key can be picked up at the town office. Inside shoes only. There is no charge.
